After years of building kitchens, feeding communities, and dreaming big in the heart of Arkansas — from state parks to airports, from small-town cafés to high-end events — I felt the pull of something new. Not because Arkansas stopped being home, but because something was calling me to also build a home out west. And what better place to chase creativity, craft, and a little chaos than Portland, Oregon?
